Dear all,
TGSA 2010-2011年度的最後一個重頭大戲，送舊歡送會即將來臨！活動日期尚未底定，但規劃於五月底舉辦！現在我希望大家能先回覆的是，您即將畢業，或是您知道有人即將畢業且可以來參加送舊活動，請回覆到TGSA信箱(tgsa.ucdavis@gmail.com)。送舊當天我們創意十足的活動部將會準備精美禮物，還有活動，一起歡送各位即將畢業的同學們！！
請於 5/8(禮拜日) 午夜12am前 回覆到本信箱：

另外，由於過年期間向大家徵詢新任會長提名意見未果，在這裡同時向大家徵求，有意願擔任TGSA2010-2011年度會長，或是有提名人選的，也請於5/8(禮拜日)前回覆到TGSA信箱(tgsa.ucdavis@gmail.com)。之後將找時間公開政見及舉行投票選舉。
The semester year of 2010-2011 is going to end soon, in the same time, TGSA's last big event - Farewell Party for Graduates is around the corner. The date of party has not been set for certain, but it will be somewhere around the end of May. However, I would like you, who are graduating this year, or who knows a friend is graduating this year to reply this mail. We have to make a list for this year's graduates so that our creactive staffs can prepare some gifts for you and we all are gonna have FUN!!

Another thing I would like to mention is about the election of President of TGSA 2011-2012. I have not got any respond since last time I brought out this issue during the Lunar New Year's Gathering. It is time for people who are interested in taking this position, or recommending any of your friends who might fit this position to stand out. Please reply to our mail tgsa.ucdavis@gmail.com by midnight (12am) this Sunday, 8th May. We will get another time to hold the election.
